Musical Hugs: Succeeding through Serving, One Song at a Time describes my journey into meaningful service following a career in business. These first-hand accounts show the positive impact music and personal presence can have on hospitalized children and families who are suffering from illness. The book is informed by hundreds of hours I have spent volunteering in children’s hospital. It chronicles my journey from defining success in terms of what I did for a living to viewing it as what I do to serve others.
